RFP CUT CODE BOOKLETS

The RFP Cut code booklets are used to assist Exporters complete Export Documentation for Meat and Meat Products. Information includes:

  • Handbook of Australian Meat (HAM) Cut / Item Code
  • Common Code Cipher
  • Alternate Descriptions
  • Suffix codes approved for use in EXDOC code Sets

The Booklets are updated periodically and they can be used in conjunction with the Handbook of Australian Meat and the AUS-MEAT Register of Cuts and Items.
