This face-to-face trainer led course is designed to accredit participants to accurately assess beef carcases on the slaughter floor. In turn this will enable them to be able to correlate to the MSA Standard for Maturity, Hump Height, Fat Distribution and Hide Puller Damage using the OsCap program.
These face-to-face trainer led sessions are designed to provide participants with the knowledge and skills to maintain and improve beef eating quality at your enterprise ultimately meeting the processor and MSA eating quality standards. The training is conducted at each individual establishment to allow customised training and maximum participation.
