The Pasturefed Cattle Assurance System (PCAS) is an industry standard designed to support claims relating to pasturefed or grassfed beef production. The PCAS Standards also include two optional modules that allow producers to substantiate claims of being free from antibiotics and hormone growth promotants (HGPs).
